Required Qualifications

Degree in Science, Engineering or related field

Postgraduate degree is an advantage

Minimum 2 Years Of Hands-on UPLC-MS/MS Experience

Experience in diagnosis, repair and maintenance of LC-MS/MS systems

Experience With Clinical UPLC-MS/MS Analytical Systems Is Preferred

Experience with Waters single and/or tandem quadrupole MS systems is highly preferred

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Clear,



respectful and timely verbal and written communication

Comfortable with frequent travel and customer-site visits

Preferred / Additional Experience

Experience with Waters software

HRMS (High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry) experience

Experience supporting customers with multiple instrument vendors

Strong customer responsiveness and personability

High level of accountability and ownership

Strong analytical thinking and mental flexibility

Customer-centric attitude

Strong technical aptitude
