What you will do:

- Provide exceptional service to customers as per set norms.
- Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service team.
- Provide the best possible solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Undergo certified Apple trainings to equip yourself to do repairs.
- Repair devices using proper tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication and rapport building skills along with active listening to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Learn and understand the products, repair processes, service centre processes and systems and be responsible for keeping knowledge up to date.




- Handle all concerns and complaints professionally while adhering to timelines.
- Organize workload in order to meet customer requirements as efficiently as possible, adhering to quality and quantity.
- Follow all Company as well as Apple guidelines at all times.
