Responsibilities

-Maintain high availability proactive health checks & incident support

-Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms &

- OneDrive

-Configure monitoring, tune alerts, build dashboards, reduce alert fatigue

-PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API — eliminate toil & streamline ops

-ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & disaster recovery support

-Cross-functional teamwork incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

8–12+ years in Messaging &

- Collaboration / M365 operations

Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams &

Hybrid Microsoft environments & identity services

Solid PowerShell scripting & enterprise support experience

Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
