Role & responsibilities

This is a Senior UKG Pro WFM Developer role.

You need someone who can technically build, configure, integrate, troubleshoot and support UKG Pro Workforce Management, especially:

UKG Pro WFM / Kronos

Timekeeping

Attendance

Accruals

Attestation

Boomi integrations

HR/Payroll integrations

Full lifecycle: Design Build Test Deploy Support

Global implementation/rollouts

Production issue troubleshooting and RCA

Automation and standardization

Stakeholder management with HR, Payroll and IT

Experience: Ideally 5+ years, with robust hands-on UKG WFM experience.

The key point: Do not target a generic HRIS/HRMS configuration profile. This needs a hands-on UKG WFM technical/development person.
