About the Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, execution‑focused Talent Acquisition professional to support our hiring initiatives. This role will work closely with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to drive sourcing efforts, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and provide operational support across the hiring lifecycle. The role requires strong organizational discipline, stakeholder coordination, and a passion for connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Support the recruitment team by sourcing potential candidates through various channels and conducting initial resume screenings.

- Interview Coordination: Seamlessly schedule interviews, align hiring panels, and resolve any logistical bottlenecks to keep the hiring process moving.

- Candidate Experience: Act as a reliable point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates, answering basic queries, and ensuring a warm, welcoming process.

- Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with publishing job postings.

- Program & D&I; Support: Assist in executing inclusive hiring campaigns, including operational support for targeted recruitment drives.

- Analytics & Reporting: Help track basic hiring metrics (e.g., pipeline health, interview completion rates) and support the maintenance of TA dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3 months of experience (including internships) in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related administrative/coordination areas.

- Highly detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and external candidates.

- Basic familiarity with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) or ATS tools is an advantage.

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced e-commerce environment with evolving priorities.
