Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time role responsible for advising clients on domestic and international travel options, including college tours, adventure trips, and cruise packages. This is a hybrid position based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements.

The role involves handling reservations,



coordinating with suppliers and partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and payments.

The Travel Sales

Consultant will also respond to inquiries, provide after-sales support, and contribute to sales targets and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines.
- Comfort with using travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
