About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant – International to handle international holiday enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills and a proven sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international holiday enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable international destinations, hotels, activities and packages.
- Create customized international itineraries and detailed quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle customer negotiations and close sales while maintaining margins.
- Provide information regarding flights, hotels, transfers, activities and visa requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Develop strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in international travel sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
- Knowledge of destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Europe or similar markets is an advantage.
- Good understanding of international travel requirements and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
