Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role based in Noida.

The Travel

Consultant will advise corporate clients on travel options, design customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for retreats, offsites, and events. Daily tasks include handling reservations, coordinating transportation and accommodation, managing changes or disruptions, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for all travelers. The role involves regular interaction with vendors and partners, providing timely customer support,



and maintaining accurate travel records and documentation.

The Travel

Consultant will also contribute to improving travel processes and recommending cost-effective, high-quality travel solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management for corporate and group travel.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations across flights, hotels, and ground transport.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and traveler satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple trips and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking tools or GDS platforms and basic office productivity software.
- Prior experience in corporate travel or event travel is preferred; relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace and supporting travelers outside standard hours when needed.
