Success in this role comes from building genuine trust and selling consultatively — understanding each traveler's needs and helping them book with confidence. It's an ideal fit for someone who excels at relationship-led sales and takes full ownership of their targets.

What you'll do

- Respond to inbound leads across WhatsApp, calls and web — fast, because speed wins deals
- Qualify leads on budget, dates and intent, and manage a clean, active pipeline
- Run consultative sales conversations, present curated itineraries,



handle objections and close
- Hit monthly booking and revenue targets
- Maximise every booking by attaching add-ons (visa, insurance, forex, experiences)
- Keep CRM and follow-ups disciplined, and feed customer insight back to the team

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in sales — travel, hospitality, luxury, or other high-ticket consultative sales preferred
- An exceptional communicator on phone and WhatsApp: warm, persuasive, trustworthy
- Genuine hunger and ownership; comfortable with targets and chasing
- Organized, responsive and rapid
- Fluent in English and Hindi; a real love for travel is a big plus
