A Supervisor – Transport is responsible for managing and monitoring the school transport system to ensure the protected, smooth, and timely transportation of students and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily operation of school buses and transport services.

· Ensure safe pick-up and drop-off of students according to routes and schedules.

· Coordinate with drivers, conductors, parents, and school administration.

· Monitor bus routes, timings, and attendance records of transport staff.

· Ensure all school vehicles are properly maintained and serviced regularly.

· Verify vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and fitness certificates.

· Handle transport-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.

· Maintain discipline and safety standards inside school buses.

· Conduct regular checks of buses for cleanliness and safety equipment.

· Prepare transport reports, route records, and fuel/maintenance details.





· Ensure compliance with school transport rules and government regulations.

· Assist during emergencies, breakdowns, or route-related problems.

Qualification:

· Graduate or diploma preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
