Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Candidates from Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Bilaspur preferred)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Company: Established 30-year-old Freight Forwarding Company

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage client transport requirements and ensure timely deployment of trucks while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role involves coordination with vendors, truck owners, and clients, along with regular updates via digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily client fleet requirements and allocate vehicles accordingly.
- Communicate with vendors and truck owners to arrange vehicles.
- Ensure trucks are deployed at client locations on time.
- Oversee protected delivery of goods without damage or loss.
- Update status regularly on WhatsApp, Excel, or Google Sheets.




- Maintain accurate transport records and reports.

Requirements

Education:

- Minimum 12th pass

Experience:

- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination preferred

Skills:

- Basic communication in Hindi and English
- Phone calling and WhatsApp coordination
- Record-keeping using Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Personality:

- Responsible, punctual, and polite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
