Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Transition & Implementation Management

Lead the end-to-end transition of ABA RCM services from the client/incumbent vendor to the RCM team, including planning, timelines, dependencies, access, and go-live readiness.

ABA Revenue Cycle Process Transition

Coordinate the transition of key ABA billing processes such as eligibility/VOB, authorization, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up, and patient billing, ensuring workflows are clearly documented and operationally ready.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

Act as the primary transition point of contact between the client, operations, IT/MIS, automation, quality, training, and leadership teams. Conduct regular transition meetings, track action items,



and escalate blockers.

Data, Systems & Reporting Readiness

Ensure all required EMR/PM systems, clearinghouses, payer portals, user access, historical data, reports, and dashboards are available before go-live. Establish reporting requirements and monitor transition metrics.

Go-Live, Stabilization & Performance Monitoring

Manage go-live activities and the post-go-live stabilization period, tracking volume, productivity, SLA, claim acceptance, denials, AR, payment performance, quality, and process issues. Coordinate corrective actions and formally transition the account from TMO to steady-state operations.
