The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs through process and data analysis, maintaining training records and KPI tracking,

and driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness and operator productivity.

The role also includes training recent employees on machines, materials, production systems, safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

The incumbent will work closely with Production and Methods teams to plan manpower readiness, develop OJT (On-the-Job Training) programs, improve workforce skill balance, and support operational efficiency and productivity targets.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, reporting, and independent execution of training initiatives is essential.
