Job Title: Training Head – Healthcare Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Training Head to lead training and capability development for healthcare operations teams. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that ensure employees understand the patient journey, operational processes, SOPs, healthcare systems, and required service standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Healthcare Training, Learning & Development, Hospital Operations, or Large Workforce Training, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall training strategy and annual training plan based on business and capability requirements.
- Design and deliver training on Patient Journey, Care Coordinator responsibilities, centre operations, clinical coordination, SOPs, and service processes.
- Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and role-specific training programmes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by identifying performance gaps, operational requirements, audit findings, and business needs.
- Develop training modules, SOP-based content, learning materials, assessments, and certification programmes.
- Conduct training on healthcare systems, digital tools, patient handling, customer service, communication, interpersonal and behavioural skills.
- Measure training effectiveness through tests, assessments, certification, feedback, observation, and post-training performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Medical, HR,



Quality, and other stakeholders to address skill and performance gaps.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certification status, Training MIS, and effectiveness reports.
- Ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training is completed within defined timelines.
- Develop and coach trainers and functional SMEs to ensure consistency in training delivery.
- Manage the training calendar, training resources, and approved training budget.
- Continuously review training outcomes and improve training programmes based on operational and business requirements.

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Training & Development, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare Training, L&D;, Hospital Operations, Healthcare Operations Training, or large workforce training.
- Candidates with leadership/managerial experience in Training & Development will be preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing structured training programmes is required.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per month
