This is a High-demand Role for a reputed Client based in Bangalore, recruitment done by Angel & Genie staffing firm. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Head/Coordinator to lead our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive training programs, managing training sessions, and evaluating training needs across the organization.

This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on organizational needs and industry trends.

- Assess Training Needs: Conduct regular training needs assessments through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas.

- Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and attendance of employees across various departments.

- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback to make improvements.

- Training Material Creation: Develop and update training manuals, e-learning content, and other relevant training materials to ensure all training is comprehensive and up-to-date.

- Facilitate Onboarding Programs: Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.

- Collaborate with Leadership:



Work closely with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest training and development practices, especially in the retail industry.

- Maintain Training Records: Ensure all training activities are documented and maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and assessment results.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development or a related role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented industry.

- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Certification in Training & Development or HR is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
