Key Responsibilities: Institutional Tie-ups: Partner with college TPOs, HODs, and Deans to finalize training program agreements. Seminars &





- Technical Presentations: Conduct interactive seminars and technical workshops on college campuses.

Student Counseling: Guide students through 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions regarding technical skills and industry demands.

Lead Conversion: Convert student inquiries from campus visits into active training enrollments.

Execution: Plan and manage college visit schedules, seminars, and training calendars.

Key Requirements: B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering OR Electrical / Electronics Engineering (EEE / EE / ECE). 1–2 years of experience working as an Instructor, Trainer, or Faculty in a technical training institute. Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to college campuses across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions. Ability to effectively connect with engineering students and college decision-makers.
