Role Description The Training Executive will be responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring training programs for housekeeping and facility services employees deployed across multiple client locations. The role will ensure that employees understand and consistently follow company standards, client requirements, SOPs, safety practices, hygiene standards, and service-quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and orientation training for newly joined employees.
- Conduct regular refresher and on-the-job training for housekeeping and facility-service staff.
- Train employees on:
- Housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Washroom and common-area cleaning
- Waste segregation and disposal procedures
- PPE and workplace safety
- Hygiene and infection-control practices
- Chemical handling and storage
- Machinery/equipment operation
- Grooming, personal hygiene,



and professional conduct
- Customer service and workplace etiquette
- Emergency response and basic fire-safety procedures
- Develop and deliver training modules according to individual client requirements.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and competency assessments.
- Prepare training calendars and ensure timely completion of planned sessions.
- Conduct site visits across multiple client locations to identify training gaps.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Facility Managers, HR, and Operations teams to identify employee training needs.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, assessment results, and other training documentation.
- Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback to supervisors and operations teams.
- Support implementation of client-specific SOPs, checklists, and service standards.
- Conduct audits/spot checks to verify adherence to trained processes.
- Provide coaching and corrective training wherever performance gaps are identified.
- Assist in preparing training material, presentations, SOPs, posters, checklists, and assessment questionnaires.
- Collect feedback from trainees and site teams and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies,



statutory requirements, and client standards.

- Training completion percentage
- New-joiner induction completion
- Refresher training coverage
- Employee assessment/pass percentage
- Reduction in service-quality and process deviations
- Client complaints related to housekeeping/service quality
- Training documentation accuracy and timeliness
- Improvement in employee performance after training
- Compliance with client SOPs and company standards

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and facility-management operations.
- Robust training and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train employees at different educational and experience levels.
- Valuable knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, and safe operating practices.
- Ability to prepare training reports and maintain documentation.
- Comfortable travelling between multiple client sites.
- Basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong observation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in housekeeping, facility management, hospitality training, or a similar operational training role.

Experience in multi-site facility management or managing training across multiple client locations will be an advantage.
