Requirements -
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience as a BPO/Customer Process Trainer.
- Minimum 3 years of total documented BPO experience.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Conduct training and induction programs for customer service/BPO employees.
- Deliver process, product, communication, and customer service training.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Prepare training reports, assessments, and performance improvement plans.
