We're looking for an L&D; Intern to join our Learning & Development team and contribute to the growth of one of India's leading value fashion retail chains.

This is not a typical content creation internship.

You'll get the opportunity to:

✅ Design engaging learning content and training programmes

✅ Create learner journeys, presentations, toolkits, and digital learning assets

✅ Coordinate and execute learning initiatives across stores and business functions

✅ Partner with business stakeholders to understand capability gaps and learning needs

✅ Track programme effectiveness and drive end-to-end execution

✅ Gain hands-on exposure to large-scale retail learning interventions
