Designation: Trainer (Polish Diamond Grading)

Experience- 4 to 8 years

Location - Surat

Salary - No bar for right candidate

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Qualification - Graduation is Must/ GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) Graduate Diamonds/

Diploma/Certification in Diamond Grading or Gemology from a recognized institute

:-

1. Stock Concerning

· Perceive and Tally the stock frequently

· Distribute & Receive stock to & from Trainee

· Keep track of stock entry in PC

· Yearly stock tally and submit

· Bring GIA stones for advance training to Trainees once in a week

2. Academic

· Train Students for given subjects

· Maintain Standards of Training– Theory, Practical, Activities, Micro process, Etc.

· Maintain all Records related Trainee

· Timely completion of Training

· Set & Recommend Examination Paper

· Assess answer sheets of Trainees

· Conduct Pre-examination of Trainees before Final Examination

· Maintain balance between Theory and Practical Studies

3. Computer Affiliated





· Sustain all files regarding PDG

· Sustain all stock entries

· Sustain PDG PPT, PDF, Word files etc.

4. Communicate with different departments regarding’s trainee - if required

· Pre-polishing

· Polishing

· Co-ordinator

· HOD

5. Equipment’s

· Preserve all equipment’s regularly

· Preserve spare equipment’s of Training

6. Invariables

· Sustain all books related to PDG

· GIA books, PDG books, Spare materials / hard copies

7. Culture of Department

· Maintaining Decorum of Department

· Set good examples and be Role model to Trainees

· Follow Classroom Rules and create Ideal Training Culture

· Strictly follow the Code of Conduct

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
