- Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at AGRIM. This individual will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and ensuring the continuous development of employees from various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development, adept at designing training programs, and able to evaluate and assess training effectiveness.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training requirements of different teams, aligning training programs with team goals and business objectives.

2. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate employee performance to determine areas of improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.

3. Training Program Development: Design and develop effective and engaging training programs that address skill gaps and contribute to employee development.

4. Learning Materials Preparation: Create and prepare relevant learning materials (presentations, handouts, online content) for training programs.

5. Onboarding Programs: Develop and deliver onboarding training programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and processes.

6. Feedback and Surveys:



Conduct surveys and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, continuously improving the training process.

7. Training Alignment with Company Goals: Ensure all training programs are aligned with the company’s broader goals and objectives, contributing to organizational growth and performance.

- Must-Have Skills/Knowledge

1. Prior Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a trainer or in a similar training/teaching role, preferably in a sales setting.

2. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse group of learners.

3. Identifying Skill Gaps: Ability to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement in employees’ performance.

4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

5. Training Methodologies: Knowledge of various training methods and approaches, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual learning, self-paced e-learning, etc.

6. Education: A degree in any field is required

Desired Attributes

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to adapt training styles to different learner needs.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.

- Proactive attitude and a keen interest in employee development.

- Fluency in Multiple Languages (Added Advantage):Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages to cater to a diverse team and customer base.
