Overview

We are seeking a Interns Trainee to contribute to the development and maintenance of our product, continuously grow technical expertise, and actively participate in agile team sprints to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Enhance and sustain a Windows-based client-server application, including development and maintenance of unit tests and, where applicable, automated UI tests.
2. Create, maintain, test, review and document code under peer supervision.
3. Provide a proactive attitude towards team success, adding value where possible with consistent contribution and a shared responsibility for organizational success.
4. Demonstrate continuous technical improvement.
5. Ensure code quality by using static and dynamic code analysis tools; generating, participating and offering relevant feedback on code reviews; identifying and eliminating technical debt; gather and analyze metric results.
6. Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Maintain an appropriate environment for the occupational health of employees.

Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality system at the site via adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
8. Identify recent, or changes to existing, processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality system.
9. Participate in team ceremonies and meetings.
10. Actively participate in learning and sharing activities either during informal or formal training.

Demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and colleagues

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) in science, computing engineering subjects.
2. Proficiency in C# .NET, WPF and knowledge in C++ used in instrumentation software development
3. Object-Oriented Design (OOD) experience is a must.
4. Experience of Docker, Github and AI tools is highly desirable.
5. Proven understanding and application of technical standards.
6. Experience writing software applications that control hardware.
7. English – minimum upper intermediate B2 (both written & verbal)
