About Mind Meadow
Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary therapy and developmental care organisation providing psychological, developmental, behavioural and rehabilitation services to children, adolescents and individuals through its centres and online services.
Key Responsibilities
Psychological Assessment & Scoring
- Conduct psychological assessments using appropriate standardised assessment tools as per the client’s requirements and professional scope.
- Administer assessments accurately and follow standardised administration procedures.
- Score and interpret assessment results accurately.
- Maintain proper assessment records, scoring sheets and supporting documentation.
- Identify relevant psychological, behavioural, emotional and developmental concerns based on assessment findings.
Report Writing & Documentation
- Prepare detailed and accurate psychological assessment reports based on assessment findings.
- Ensure reports include appropriate background information, assessment details, scoring, interpretation, observations, findings and recommendations.
- Maintain timely submission of reports as per Mind Meadow’s prescribed report TAT.
- Ensure all reports are clinically appropriate, clearly written and professionally formatted.
- Submit reports for the required Department Head review/approval before they are shared with parents/clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all client records.
Counselling & Intervention
- Conduct individual counselling sessions based on the client’s needs and professional scope.
- Develop appropriate intervention goals and session plans.
- Monitor client progress and maintain regular session documentation.
- Provide appropriate parent/guardian counselling and guidance regarding the client’s progress and recommendations.
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards throughout the therapeutic process.
Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary planning where required.
- Communicate relevant observations and recommendations to the concerned team members while maintaining client confidentiality.
Centre & Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to assigned centre timings.
- Follow all Mind Meadow clinical, operational and documentation protocols.
- Maintain accurate session records and complete assigned clinical work within timelines.
- Participate in team meetings, training and professional development activities.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and client-focused approach at all times.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / relevant Psychology specialisation from a recognised institution.
- Experience in psychological assessments, scoring and report writing will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of standardised psychological assessment tools.
- Valuable report-writing, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to accurately score, interpret and document assessment findings.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Professional, empathetic and responsible approach towards clients and parents.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional practice.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
