We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our showroom team as Trainees for a 45-day contract. The trainee will receive practical exposure to showroom operations, customer handling, product knowledge, and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Learn about jewellery products, designs, materials, and collections.
- Support Sales Officers/Showroom Staff during customer interactions.
- Assist in displaying and maintaining jewellery products as per showroom guidelines.
- Learn basic billing, order, exchange, and customer-service processes.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Support the team in achieving daily customer-service and sales objectives.
- Handle customers professionally and provide a positive showroom experience.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and showroom standards.
- Participate in product and sales training during the contract period.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
