About the Role

AI5 Academy is looking for an experienced manager, consultant, operator, business leader or entrepreneur who actively uses AI to improve business decisions, processes and execution.

This role brings together AI5's practical business-AI training across managers and leaders, operations and entrepreneurs.

The relevant AI5 programmes focus on identifying use cases, process mapping, AI-assisted decisions, adoption, supervised automation, business validation, launch planning and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical AI-for-business sessions.
- Demonstrate how leaders identify useful AI opportunities.
- Teach AI use-case prioritisation and business-value assessment.
- Map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted decision briefs and management reporting.
- Teach AI-assisted research and scenario analysis.
- Demonstrate SOP, checklist and knowledge-system creation.
- Teach supervised workflow automation.
- Cover AI adoption, team usage and change management.
- Teach entrepreneurs how to validate ideas and analyse customers.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted offer creation, launch planning and business workflows.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of leadership, consulting, operations, entrepreneurship or business transformation experience preferred.
- Solid practical use of AI in business.
- Able to demonstrate actual workflows and decisions.
- Comfortable teaching both managers and early-stage entrepreneurs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
