- Coordinate with TPAs for cashless and reimbursement processes for patients
- Liaise with insurance companies for claims processing and verification
- Ensure adherence to TPA contract terms and conditions
- Resolve any TPA-related issues, complaints, or escalations in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date TPA records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline TPA-related processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze TPA performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
