Saket fabs P Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tool Room Manager to oversee the maintenance and organization of all tools and equipment used in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tool inventory, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring tools are always available for production needs.

The Tool Room

Manager will also be involved in supervising a team of tool room technicians, training new employees on tool safety and usage, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity in the tool room. Solid leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in tool maintenance and repair are essential for success in this role.

- Oversee all aspects of the tool room operations

- Responsible for maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Coordinate with production team to ensure tools are available and in good working condition




- Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules
- Inspect tools for wear and tear, and arrange for repairs or replacements
- Track inventory of tools and supplies, and order materials as needed
- Train and supervise tool room staff
- Enforce safety regulations and proper tool handling procedures
- Collaborate with engineering department on tool design and modifications
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
