The Role

We are seeking a warm, observant, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to lead our environment. In this role, you will act as a primary guide, helping toddlers explore, communicate, and build foundational social and motor skills. You will work closely with a supportive team to maintain the highest standards of the Montessori philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Leadership: Prepare, order, and maintain a stimulating, safe, and beautiful Montessori environment tailored for children aged 15 months to 3 years.
- Child Bonding: Establish deep, trusting bonds with children to help them feel secure, confident, and independent.
- Effective Communication: Maintain professional,



grammatically flawless verbal and written communication regarding child progress and school updates with parents and team members.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in internal school training programs and continuously refine your understanding of the Montessori curriculum.

What We Are Looking For

- Personality: A calm, patient, and pleasing demeanor with an innate ability to connect deeply with very young children.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven classroom experience specifically working with the 15 months to 3 years age group. (Note: Freshers are not being considered for this specific role).
- Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: A strong keenness to learn the Montessori curriculum and an openness to undergoing regular specialized professional training.
