Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tool Room Fixtures Assembly Manager to oversee tool room operations and manage the assembly of fixtures used in mobile phone manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for supervising tool room activities, ensuring productive fixture development, and leading a team to meet production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage tool room activities including fixture manufacturing and maintenance using conventional machines.
- Oversee the assembly of mobile phone fixtures and ensure proper functionality and quality standards.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software for fixture design, modifications, and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards in design and manufacturing.




- Lead and mentor the tool room team, ensuring smooth operations and productivity.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams for fixture requirements and improvements.
- Monitor project timelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Tool Room operations and conventional machines.
- Mandatory experience in mobile phone assembly fixtures.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and strong understanding of GD&T.;
- Minimum 5 years of managerial or team handling experience.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
