1. Job Purpose

This position is imperative to support the organization by tackling complicated audit areas, identifying reportable issues and provide recommendations for the same.
1. 1. Handling and monitoring of the zone.
2. Conduct extensive field visits for random checks and surprise audits at branches.
3. Preparing monthly Branch Monitoring reports with Head Office risk team.
4. Monitoring the team and enhancing their audit and reporting skills through regular training and conducting training sessions for current methods and techniques for auditing.
5. Preparing analyzed reports from the branch Risk findings on fortnightly or monthly basis.
6. Evaluate existing internal control documentation, test current processes and procedures.
7. Conducting surprise checks,



risk assessments and compliance check in the branches & reporting the same with Risk & Monitoring heads.

1. Competencies & Skills required:
1. Must be comfortable in travelling across the country for related project activities.
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
3. Previous work experience in monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
4. Must be able to identify reportable issues and provide recommendation.

1. Educational Qualification
1. Must be a post graduate in Finance, Business Administration, ICWA, CA, or equivalent from a recognised institute or university.
