(Tungsten Inert Gas welding)1) Perform TIG welding on SS304, SS316, MS and other specified materials as per approved procedures.2) Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, weld symbols, and joint details.3) Ensure proper weld penetration, bead appearance, alignment, and defect-free joints.4) Check and maintain the welding machine, tungsten electrodes, torches, cables, regulators, and argon gas connections.5) Support the Maintenance Department during plant shutdowns, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.6) Maintain welding, repair, and maintenance Log book.7) Repair and fabrication of SS304/SS316 tanks, trays, pipelines, and process equipment.8) Fabrication and repair of hot water pipelines, thermic fluid heater auxiliary piping, and utility systems, subject to approved procedures and authorization.9) Support shutdown maintenance activities, including urgent welding repairs and modification work.10)



Ensure gas cylinders are secured and regulators, hoses, and connections are in valuable condition.11) Wear welding helmet with the correct filter shade, leather gloves, safety shoes, and protective clothing.12) Follow confined-space entry procedures in our tank tig welding work time.13) To carry out safe, reliable, and quality TIG welding and fabrication work to minimize equipment breakdowns, support preventive maintenance, and improve industrial plant reliability.These are the Role &
