Role Description The Testing and Commissioning Engineer – Building Management Systems is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The engineer will perform installation verification, functional testing, and commissioning of BMS and HVAC control systems, ensuring that all equipment and software operate according to design specifications and client requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, preparing test plans, configuring controllers and field devices, validating system performance, and documenting test results and commissioning reports.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, design engineers, and site teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting handover and training for client operations staff. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of testing procedures, compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimization of system settings for energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with major BMS platforms (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls).

- Strong technical problem-solving skills and on-site commissioning expertise.
