- Test PCB/controller assemblies after production.

- Test HVAC controllers for all functions and operating conditions.

- Test relay outputs, digital inputs and analog inputs/outputs.

- Check 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, temperature, humidity, pressure and sensor inputs.

- Test RS485/Modbus communication using tools such as ModScan.

- Test microcontroller-based controllers and identify PCB/component faults.

- Wiring verification

- Continuity testing

- Insulation/short-circuit checks

- Relay/contactor operation

- Input/output verification

- Functional testing

- Read electrical schematics and PCB drawings.

- Use multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, DC power supply and other test equipment.

- Record test results and prepare testing reports.





- Troubleshoot failures and coordinate with production/design engineers.

- Perform final QC before dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
