About the Role

We are seeking a skilled TIBCO BWCE Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in TIBCO BWCE, ActiveSpaces, EMS, Kafka, API integrations, security implementation, and cloud-native deployment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).
- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based integrations across enterprise applications.
- Work with TIBCO ActiveSpaces (4.x), TIBCO EMS, and Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and distributed data processing.
- Implement secure integration solutions following industry-standard authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Design scalable and resilient integration architectures aligned with enterprise integration best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of TIBCO applications and services.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation activities.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BWCE development.
- Strong experience with:
- TIBCO BWCE




- TIBCO ActiveSpaces (4.x)
- TIBCO EMS
- Apache Kafka
- Expertise in developing:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Strong understanding of:
- Security implementation and integration security standards
- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) design patterns
- Integration frameworks and architecture principles
- Experience with CI/CD tools and integration deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of TIBCO engine parameters, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud-native/containerized deployment environments and CaaS platforms.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as:
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- Datadog
- Prometheus
- Grafana
