Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing

- Analyse Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform end-to-end testing of lending journeys across various loan products.
- Validate loan application workflows, approvals, disbursement, repayment, closure, and foreclosure processes.

Required Skills

Domain Skills

- Solid understanding of Lending/Asset Finance concepts.
- Knowledge of: o Finacle o Loan Management System (LMS)

o Credit Bureau Process o EMI Calculations o Repayment & Collections o Loan Disbursement Process o NPA & Delinquency Concepts

Testing Skills • Functional Testing

- Integration Testing
- SIT/UAT Support

Technical Skills • API Testing (Postman/Swagger)

- JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Test Case Design Techniques
- MS Excel & Reporting
