Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking government, PSU, corporate, and online tenders to support the companys sales and business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant government, PSU, private, and e-tender opportunities through various tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Accounts teams to collect required information and documents.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender bids within defined deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, BOQ pricing, tender comparison sheets, EMD/PBG details, and other required documents.
- Maintain a complete database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, rejected,



and upcoming tenders.
- Track tender results, order status, clarifications, corrigendums, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with customers/departments for technical queries, pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and tender clarifications.
- Ensure all tender documents, certificates, registrations, declarations, and company credentials are valid and updated.
- Follow up on successful tenders for Purchase Orders / Work Orders / contracts.
- Maintain proper records and prepare regular tender MIS and performance reports.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in identifying recent business opportunities through tender platforms.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering background will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in tendering, e-tendering, sales coordination, business development, or a similar role.
