About the Role

ITChamps is seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Management Specialist to manage end-to-end tender identification, preparation, coordination, and submission across Government, PSU, institutional, and private-sector projects. The candidate should have strong documentation and compliance skills, along with working knowledge of SAP to support technical bid preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs through GeM, government portals, and e-procurement platforms.
- Analyse eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the complete tender preparation and submission process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare bid/no-bid analysis, compliance matrices, checklists, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Technical, SAP, Finance, HR, Legal, and Management teams for bid inputs.
- Handle government and PSU tender requirements, including EMD, PBG, MSME exemptions, OEM authorisations, and statutory documentation.




- Review SAP-related project requirements and coordinate technical responses with SAP consultants.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, commercial bids, BOQs, and pricing schedules.
- Monitor corrigenda, amendments, deadlines, and bid outcomes.
- Maintain tender trackers, document repositories, and periodic management reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in tender/bid management or proposal preparation.
- Hands-on experience handling Government/PSU tenders and RFP submissions.
- Robust understanding of GeM, e-procurement portals, and tender documentation.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or PP.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance management.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT services, SAP implementation, ERP, AMC/support, or manpower tenders.
- Exposure to government procurement processes and SAP-related RFPs.
- Experience preparing technical compliance matrices and commercial proposals.
