Birla Fertility & IVF is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional for a 6-month temporary engagement.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate, leadership and digital/specialized functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Handle Corporate Hiring across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Branding, Procurement and other support functions.
- Drive Leadership / Senior-level hiring and work closely with senior stakeholders.
- Manage Digital & Specialized hiring including Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Technology and related roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.




- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement, salary discussions, offer negotiation and closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Partner with HR and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
