Temporary Caretaker required to maintain the high standards of a residential estate in Belvedere. Duties will included walking around each of the buildings both internally and externally and identifying any issues, providing daily updates to the Property Director, releasing fob/remotes to tenants at the request of head office, minor repairs (change light bulb, screw in loose hinges etc.), facilitating access to contractors (e.g. cleaners, gardeners, engineers), and ensuring works completed by external contractors are to a high level. You must be proactive, reliable, customer focused and have excellent communication skills.
