We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our modeling agency. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential models, clients, and interested candidates, explaining our modeling opportunities and services, and scheduling appointments or auditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
- Explain modeling opportunities, auditions, portfolios, and agency services clearly.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, social media, and other platforms.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule auditions, meetings, portfolio sessions, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with prospective models and clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the modeling and casting team when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or modeling-industry experience is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
