Role Description

This full-time remote Telesales Executive role involves engaging prospective and existing customers via phone and digital channels to promote services, qualify leads, and close sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, presenting offerings clearly, and following up on leads to maximize conversion.

The Telesales

Executive will maintain accurate records, prepare brief call summaries, and report on sales activities and pipeline status. The role also includes reception management, collaborating with the sales and customer support to improve scripts, refine campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience. Consistent achievement of individual targets, while upholding professional and ethical standards, is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills,



including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and close deals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
- Comfort using basic office software; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a professional, inclusive approach to working with diverse customers and colleagues.
