Role Description

- The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
- The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Rigzen’s services.
- Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, explaining service offerings, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.
- The Telesales Executive will follow up on leads, schedule appointments or demonstrations,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- The role requires meeting sales targets, providing consistent customer support, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain complex services simply.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and achieve defined sales targets.
- Ability to work in an on-site telesales environment in Ahmedabad and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree in any discipline.
