KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound enquiries.

- Explain products, pricing and offers clearly to customers over the phone.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and follow up on pending payments/orders.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the tracker/CRM.

- Coordinate with the dispatch/operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Handle basic customer queries and complaints, escalating where needed.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling or a similar customer-facing sales role.

- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident, persuasive phone manner with a customer-first attitude.

- Basic computer skills for maintaining call/order records.

- Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable with repetitive calling work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
