Lead & Follow-up Management

Maintain and update the CRM/lead database.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Track lead status from enquiry to conversion.

Sales Coordination

Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and site visits.

Schedule client meetings and follow up on proposals/quotations.

Track pending proposals and conversions.

Client Data Management

Maintain accurate client details, contact information, requirements, and interaction history.

Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports.

After-Sales Support

Take feedback from clients after service delivery.

Coordinate with technical/operations teams to resolve client issues.

Ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily and monthly reports for leads, follow-ups, meetings, visits, and conversions.

Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely action.

Marketing Support

Coordinate email campaigns, promotional activities, and company profile sharing.

Support LinkedIn and other business-development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
