Looking for a agile Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing and potential clients post-sales to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve queries, and drive customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Address client queries and provide necessary guidance on software usage.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Pay: ₹8,894.75 - ₹28,805.69 per month
