About the Role

Kavin Estates is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and generate qualified leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate property enquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and payment options.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide timely responses.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales,



telecalling, real estate, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
