Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Hyderabad. The Telemarketer will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce SeeMyTrip.com’s travel services, understand customer needs, and promote suitable packages and booking options. Daily activities include providing accurate information on flights, hotels, and tour packages, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The role involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, updating customer records, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to support conversions and smooth booking processes.
The Telemarketer is expected to meet call quality and performance targets while maintaining a professional and courteous phone presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage confidently and clearly with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote travel services, explain benefits, and support successful conversions.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling abilities to organize follow-up calls, demos, or meetings efficiently.
- Comfort using telephony systems and basic computer applications (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or travel industry roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage high call volumes, and meet performance metrics is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
