Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Telecom Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline end-to-end telecom deployment operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to Active infrastructure (RAN, MW, BTS), Passive infrastructure (Towers, Shelter, DG, Power/EB), and Fiber optic deployment (OFCN/FTTH). Prior experience coordinating deployment projects for major telecom operators like Reliance Jio is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Coordination: Drive daily project schedules, site rollout plans, and deployment tracking across Active, Passive, and Fiber optic infrastructure.
- Vendor & Field Team Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, field engineers, fiber splicing teams, and riggers to ensure execution aligns with quality specifications and delivery timelines.
- Site Readiness & Material Delivery: Track logistics and inventory movement for passive hardware (towers, power units, battery banks), active equipment (BTS cabinets, microwave hops), and fiber cabling (OFCN/ODN materials).
- Operator & Partner Alignment: Serve as a central liaison between internal engineering teams, partner vendors, and client telecom operators (including Jio, Airtel, or Indus Towers) for milestone tracking, approvals, and sign-offs.
- Fiber Deployment Oversight: Monitor trenching, ducting, blowing, splicing, and testing (OTDR/LPM) milestones to ensure seamless dark fiber/FTTH fiberization.
- Quality & Compliance Assurance:



Conduct quality audits (QA/QC), resolve site-level bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to safety norms, DISCOM/EB connection clearances, and ROW (Right of Way) permissions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed weekly/monthly rollout trackers, site acceptance reports (AT/FAT), operational dashboards, and inventory consumption logs.

Required Qualifications & Key Skills

- Experience: 3–6 years of core technical coordination experience in telecom infrastructure rollout and deployment.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of:
- Active Infrastructure: BTS, Small Cells, Microwave, RAN deployment.
- Passive Infrastructure: Tower erecting, civil foundations, SMPS, Battery Banks, DG sets, and EB connection processes.
- Fiber Networks: OFC laying, HDD/trenching methods, fiber distribution networks, and splice testing.
- Operator Exposure: Prior experience working directly with or as a vendor to Reliance Jio (Jio Fiber / Jio 4G/5G rollout) is a solid plus.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiency in MS Excel, Project Management Tools, GIS maps, and vendor deployment dashboards.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills to deal with local authorities, property owners, and vendor teams under tight delivery schedules.
