We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. This is a target-driven sales role for someone confident in communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and motivated to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Participate in occasional field sales activities and client visits when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a solid interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- CANDIDATES FROM KERALA ARE ONLY CONSIDERED.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.




- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Comfortable with occasional field sales.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
