Responsibilities:

- Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our company's products.
- Answer questions about our products.
- Ask questions to understand donor's requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update donor information in the database.
- The call will have 4 major objectives:
- To show gratitude towards donors, keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives.
- Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial.
- Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them.




- If the chance presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Let’s assume INR 1000 was amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more).

What you bring to the table:

- Work experience of 0-2 years in Telecalling
- Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
